How much is your delivery fees?
Our standard flat shipping rate of RM 7 will apply for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and RM 15 will apply for deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak. While the delivery fees for the first 1kg for the countries that we ship to are as below:

Where do we ship from?
We currently ship from Malaysia.
When will I receive my purchase?
Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within the timeframe stated below:

However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out as fast as possible upon receipt of payment except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
Kindly note that our default shipping method does not include any custom clearance service, the receiver is responsible for the custom clearing process. If the order is returned because you did not clear the customs/ refuse to receive the parcel, we will have to charge an extra shipping fee to re-send the products.
What if my order consists of ready stock and pre order items?
We will only ship out the order once the pre order items arrive. If you need the ready stock items urgently, kindly note that you would need to pay for the additional shipping cost incurred.
