Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or the wrong item was received), you can send it back to us.
- Returns must be made within 7 days from date of receipt
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box
- Items bought during promotional events are not eligible for return and exchange
The returned goods/products should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. N2N Allure will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 working days after the confirmation.
How can I return my purchase?

Please allow 10 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose.
What about postage charges?
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process. Please allow 17 working days for this process to be completed.
