Usage
- Shake content 2-3 times gently.
- Draw a line from the extending out to elongate the eye, join to the existing line creating a triangle shape. Then, fill in inner lash line moving towards the center.
- Slightly lift pen and fill between eyelashes
- For clear fixing, let the liquid dry completely for about 15-20 minutes without eyes wide open. Waiting for the eyeliner to dry is worth it, as otherwise, it just smears around the skin.
